Commission from  KaloMermaid of another of my arctic merfurs! This time Arctic, the Royal Adviser Merfox to King Ty-Ohni.

Despite looking young, Arctic is a wise and thoughtful Adviser to the Regal King, Ty-Ohni. He helps out where he can to help organize subjects and the schedule for the day, as well as giving advise to the King when needed. When he isn't on his duty, he in his room, studying and even reading scrolls and books, even playing on his flute. While he have no magic, he often practice shaping ice into items to wear which he wears when going on duty. He wants to learn more about the other kingdoms beyond his cold water home, though know he he would have to stay to make sure the Kingdom of Arktos while King Ty-Ohni is away,
