Not really he had a four window slot. So they can be four projects ahead and you could still slip in that project. So like...

Say if you haven't completed number 1 but there now on 4 you can still turn it in and get full credit.
BUt as soon as it turns to number 5 You can only turn in 2,3,4,5 Now and no longer 1.
