I do a 'mon world RP with a friend (might remember these guys?) and we've decided to expand it a bit which meant I had to make a new character. Up 'til now we've worked on every character together, but since the world is already established this time there is no communication at all and we're gonna try and fit whatever we make together somehow

So this is Chime (chee-meh) the riolu + veemon hybrid

I have no idea what my friend is making so this should be interesting
