THE one and ONLY promo image (and it's a stretch to even call it that) for Requite, the theoretical VN I one day imagine making.

The boys in question are:

Dax: The bunny at the very top! Unlike his twin brother, Hayden, Dax (sort of) has his shit together, and is currently a model. He's more reserved than Hayden is, and don't tell anyone I told you this, but it has roots in a messy relationship in his past. A bookworm, Dax still manages to read actual, physical books fairly often. Him and his brother still don't know too much about everyone else, being the most recent "additions" to their friend group.

Hayden: The bunny on the left! Like I said earlier, his twin brother is Dax, and Hayden is an absolute mess in comparison. He's almost too friendly, some would say, and currently works as a cashier at a gas station. Why isn't he also a model you might ask? No one's sure, he's probably just too lazy. Or maybe it's something more deep-rooted that he keeps buried underneath his sunny exterior... Oh. Oh, that's definitely it, isn't it...

Zack: The panther at the bottom left! He's hard to understand, but hides a brilliant mind behind his spacey exterior. It feels like he's always around no matter where you happen to be at the time. Sure, Mistford isn't the biggest town, but it's still a real mystery how he does it. Russell is overprotective of him, but he seems to know more about the cat's past than anyone else, so that's presumably why... He currently works as a waiter at a local diner.

Russell: The horse in the middle! He's largely responsible for this eclectic gathering of friends, and has a long history with both Asef and Justin. He's known Asef since they started elementary school, and dated Justin for a while in high school. No one knows what happened between them leading to their breakup, but it was apparently really serious, because even though it's been years since then, they avoid eachother whenever possible. He's a barista at one of the coffeehouses around town.

Sage: The deer right below Russell! He currently attends the local college, where he's one of the best members on the track team, according to his friends who don't really know much about track... He's nice to everyone he meets and knows, or, well, it's more like he's just an unbelievable flirt, actually. He hits on people in record time, and one can see him running around town basically every day, where he'll over-enthusiastically attempt to get anyone he knows to run with him for a while. Maybe he's just lonely, maybe he cares about your health. Probably both. Does he even have a job???

Cyrus: The tanuki at the bottom middle! Cyrus is pretty short, and spends most of his time at home, on his computer. He's incredibly smart, and tries to maintain a calm and composed manner at all times, but he's far too excitable when absolutely anything that interests him comes up, so that facade really doesn't last very long. You'll find him (hopefully ironically) wearing really bad gamer t-shirts and suffering from lack of sleep nearly every day. He's a computer repairman, and most of the locals go to him when they fuck their laptop or PC up.

Asef: The gieeg on the top right! Yes, he's also my fursona, but that's just how it is sometimes. If Zack was considered a mystery, he's even more of one. "What kind of animal even is he?" is a question everyone who's met him asks themselves, but they don't really bother prying. Him and Russell have been hanging out since basically forever, and he's always off doing something or other. He works as a waiter at the same diner that Zack does.

Justin: The dog at the bottom right! He always seems kinda mad at everything, but he's pretty companionable despite that. He was a lot more extroverted while with Russell, and no one ever knew why. His favorite pastime is to get up on roofs and take pictures from them. You'll often find him in crowded places, minding his own business and probably writing songs. He's in a band where he plays synth keyboard.
