Mrs. Alisa is everyone favorite manager, who own a pokemon item shop nearby the Pokemon academy. Mrs. Alisa run the store by herself, but both her husband and daughter do their best to help around the store. Mrs. Alisa daughter Icarus always there to help her mom around the shop. Before she evolve into a Raichu with a heavy figure, she able to deliver item to costumers that needed. Now that Icarus is a Raichu with a much bigger figure like her mom, Mrs. Alisa is proud that her daughter is much bigger than her.
