Actually, Centaurs really exist. A Russian compiled a list of all the races of the Galaxies, Centaurs had the Nuclear war we didn't and have to deal with the problems associated with radiation. Their solar system was only recorded as being 13 billion miles away, but not the star or constellation.
In the remote past 45,000 years before Macedonia, Greece or Sumer, some of them visited Earth, then again a while later after the cataclysm destroyed the civilization before ours. The pyramids all over the world in every country, as well as some underwater or ice, are the civilization 120,000 years ago; that the Centaurs visited. The previous civilization had various names Lemuria, Mu, and Atlantis. I can find the ledger that listed all of the 82 races, Centaurs among them, that was compiled into a codex.
