Here is some backstory from this picture:
"Dark Wolfe is a hero who has to defend the city from a bloodthirsty psychopath villain named Crazy Clawz. He used to be human a serial killer who enjoyed torturing victims using surgeon type methods like a doctor but when he got a hold of Dark Wolfe's blood it changed him from evil to psychotic, now he can make the perfect cut without any tools. Dark Wolfe Vs. Crazy Clawz (Incision)"
