A New Little Friend
Bunman was minding his own business, walking home one evening, when some weird stranger hands off to him a odd looking egg. It bumped and moved around, so something had to be inside, and he couldn't just leave it. Eventually it hatched, and a little lizard with wings came out. She instantly imprinted on him, and he knew he had to keep her, whatever she is.
She occasionally puffs out little bubbles, so he types bubble into google translate and gets Awa back from Japanese. Seems cute enough!
