I believe they are Natu's...

I can't help but see an AR!Natu as something like the Critters from the Movie. A semi-cute giant ball of feathers with wings and teeth and giant claws that would enjoy ripping your face off :P

So here we have a little Natu giving you the evil glare. Possibly thinking about forming a giant ball from others of it's own species to roll over your body and leave you as nothing but a skeleton.
