This year at Furfright 2009, one of the themes was the War Dogs, dogs who helped out in the World Wars and were left behind because the government thought they were expendable. But to the soldiers who fought with them, they were their combat buddies who often saved their lives! Those soldiers are trying to erect a memorial to their bravery. This is one of our contributions to that wonderful cause.
