This is simply beautiful and very touching. I didn't know him personally, however given what I've learned since I became aware he was a very cherished member of the Furry community and will be sorely missed by all.

exactly. I didn't know about him until after he departed. But after I read about him, I really wished I knew him in life. But I can't. So I'll carry him in my heart. If he isn't in heaven, it doesn't exist.

The same for me, I did not find out the story behind the images until Friday, while surfing the Net before a cardiologist appointment that morning. Not trying to hijack anything, just explain why this all hit so hard for me. I will take inspiration in how he lived as I battle my own health issues, which are ultimately fixable by open heart surgery when or if that time comes. I don't let it get me down (though I have my moments). Every new day is a gift, every new sunrise a blessing, and every friend in your life is to be cherished. He will live in us all - his optimism and indomitable spirit are truly an inspiration.

I'll admit not to knowing this person at all, but this is a lovely tribute to him, and shows a lot of care put into it. Good job sir.
