Honestly, I have something similar when I have sleep paralysis. Mine's more.. inhuman, no real face to it, and long spindly arms/legs. Never seems threatening though, more just.. bored, and wondering what I'm doing.

I've had sleep paralysis twice in my life if I recall. Never saw anything, but I felt like something was in the room with me while I couldn't roll over. Freaking creepy experiences, let me tell ya'.
