Getting the idea from
Valery91Thunder's hanging character set, I thought I'd give good ol' Alex Trefur a little upside-down action. Good fun to cut out, I have to admit. Thankfully the Bumblebee precision scissors with the pointy tip made it easy for me to cut out the shape. Then just lifting him from the sketchbook as my own little paperchild.
A little something I drew up while at my uncle's place a couple weeks ago. I just might make this into a badge. :P

I could recommend you just the scissors I use:
the Bumblebee art scissors. It has a pointy end and works great when cutting very tight spaces. You could find it at any art store, packaged with a plastic yellow protector on the blade end of the scissors. I think I picked it up for around 5 bucks, and a great size for carrying it around from place to place.
