Gulasos was an Intelligence Army Beast who served as the monster of the week on Ep.51 of the Great Mazinger Anime – he was one of the last monsters to be successfully destroyed by the Boss Borot in the main anime cannon, though Great Mazinger soften him up a bit which allowed Borot to do the final Kill. He was a humanoid Beast, Brown in color scheme, with light brown outliers, a purple abdomen and face, with a black color belt with a sun shape buckle, and Red color high legs. He had Axe blades attached to its fore arms and head, with spikes on its shoulder and knee caps. Gulasos could hypnotize people by emitting hypnotic beams from its eyes, launched Fire balls from its Belt Buckle, and its weapon of choice was a Two sided double Battle Axe with red spikes on the end of each tip, he could also release more battle axes from its back. His real face was located in the Chest and it was Light and Dark Blue Green, with a white mustache.

The episode starts with Boss waking up from a nightmare where he is covered in flames, been ignored by Great Mazinger and Venus A, but been rescue by Koji on the Mazinger Z, taking this as a sign.

Elsewhere, Demonica sail toward its next mission with Marquis Janus and General Julicaesar, planning a three prone attack on the Science Fortress, where Julicaesar burrows underground on the subterranean tank, the Moguradon, while Janus sent out on the beast onto the city and attacked the Fortress with Demonica. To achieve this, Janus tries to cause disarray by sending a package to the fortress in Koji's name, Bakarasu flies to inform Boss, who is left perplex Koji didn't sent him any package, showing Bakarasu an Album of Photos of Borot and Z, and the many times they helped each other – mostly Z saving Boss. Unbeknownst to everyone, the Package (a pineapple) turned out to be a bomb and Kabuto identifies it by the ticking sound, he orders an evac of the Control Room, when it goes off, hurting Prof. Kabuto (for sheltering Shiro), Jun and few of the Staff.

Detecting the Blast, Janus and Julicaesar sent out the rest of the Plan – Julicaesar launches the Moguradon and Burrows through the waterfall on the way to the lab, while Janus launches Gulasos onto the city before continuing to the lab on Demonica. One of the unharmed Staff members detects Demonica and the Beast, and with Jun and Kabuto going treatment, and Great needed to Protect the fortress, he send out Boss Borot to deal with the new Beast as Demonica attacks the fortress.

Tetsuya launches Great in response, Demonica turns around and dives into the sea, Great following it, trying to lure as far away from the lab. Janus learns of Gulasos fighting Boss Borot, and orders it to hypnotize them, which it complies. Having Hypnotize the Gang, Borot now follows Gulasos to the Fortress, where it sticks close, forcing the a hostage situation in where the Base can't respond to the beast's attacks having Borot in the line of sight – to make matters worst the Moguradon is detected and the Fortress calls Great, Tetsuya flies back to assist.

At this time, Prof. Kabuto (bound to a wheel chair) comes to the control room, and the staffer informs him of the situation. Kabuto realizing the Gang had been hypnotized, deduces that they will need to shock them out of the spell. Great arrives an knocks the Beast out, destroying the Fire Ball emitter in the belt buckle, and zaps Borot with the Thunder Break, releasing the Gang from the Hypnosis, but coming out with the delusion of confusing Tetsuya and Great with Koji and Z. Tetsuya destroys Gulasos main weapon, Boss, still under the illusion of Z's return, tries to knock the beast, but is given a thrashing, when Great saves Borot, wounding it with its Great Sword and Cutting one of the Legs off with the Great Boomerang. Demonica emerges to attack the Fortress, leaving Borot to finish a now soften Gulasos off with a beating of his Maze and then performing a Borot Kick in the area of the true face. This causes sufficient damage on Gulasos to explodes.

Kabuto then instructs to use a Magma Chamber on the Tank, by having the Great Booster digging its way onto an angle. The Magma is release through the tunnel, covering the tank, forcing Julicaesar to emerge, right at the moment Demonica flies low when fighting Great. The Tank breaks through the ground, onto Demonica and it getting covered in Magma. The amount of Damage force the villains to retreat. Great saves Borot from been burned by the Magma, and then uses Negative Circuits on the Breast Burner to freeze and stop the eruption (this the one time I seen Great Burner been used like this).

After the whole ordeal, Bakarasu and Shiro helped the Borot gang by taking them out of their Koji Delusion, bashing them with an iron ball and then pouring cold Water onto them, which seem to have the positive effect.
