When I first introduced the villainous Raptor years ago in the (awful) first drafts of my stories, he had a very different design to what I've settled on since then. This is roughly his classic appearance, done beautifully by my good buddy 
megawolf77! He did the line-art and most of the colours, where I finished up the rest of the colours. Also, it was his idea to add a monocle!
