Behind the forest roared ablaze,
piercing dark with flames of light.
And in his arms the dragonness lay,
gazing up to her savior knight.
Though the dragons and knights had often fought,
he chose to save this one instead.
He chuckled as he considered the thought,
carrying her to the path ahead.
