Numair is the CEO of "Rebirth Industries", which revolves around genetic therapy and related research (as he is a geneticist himself). He's Bob Page's lover, even if they keep it a secret for safety reasons/media speculation.
Numair manages to convince Sarif to give him some samples of Adam's DNA during Human Revolution as he and Page secretly work on human cloning. He dies (along with Adam Jensen) some time after the events of Mankind Divided.

Lawrence Carter ("Agent Judas") is an artificially engineered experimental nano-aug soldier made with Walton Simons and Numair's DNA (a 50/50). In a desperate attempt of Bob Page to bring back his deceased lover, his memories are constantly replaced or rewritten to match Numair's, along with other types of mental conditioning. This has caused his various personality disorders.

I have been planning this story for YEARS... If only I actually started to write it instead of drawing. :D
