- In case of bid withdrawal, the winner will be considered the second highest bidder.

- Winner will receive full resolution and unwatermarked version. I will also add the winner's chosen name for the character to this file, if so they wish.
- Winner can edit the character as much as they want.
- Winner may resell the character but ONLY for less than the price paid.
