In the show? Yes. Can't remember what it was, but they did do it by the end of the episode, as one of the major characters was trapped inside it. Sadly, it wasn't my favorite one. My favorite episode involved a music box that gave you songs that would always be hits, but you had to have someone dance to it til they died. That one they killed the lady using it, and then took it back to the shop that was the center of the show.
Found the episode and rewatched it. The Snowglobe was not, in fact, a cursed item...sort of. Satan...yes really, sent it to stymie the efforts of the three leads in their attempts to gather more of the items the shop in the series had sold prior to the series start.
Regardless, as it wasn't a normal cursed object, their way of dealing with it, returning it to the shelf in the shop where it had been before purchase, did not work. So the girl, frustrated with the stupid thing, threw it against the wall, smashing it, and breaking the magic it held.
