[Artwork Updated] Northern Sergal in the House-Pecker Armor
From the Northern Land, towards the later stages of the Rain Calendar, we've got a more clear depiction of the Shigu Defense Force "Vanguard".
This Northern Sergal is wearing clothes and armor made out of a Talyxian House Pecker.
The organic mask on the Sergal nose is a living and breathing Talyxian organism which acts as an extractor, filtering the Talyxian Biome's Miasma and providing the sergal with the ability to breathe within the depths of the Forest.
The Talyxian mask slithers down a tentacle through the Sergal's nose cavity, all the way down to the lung, filling it with filtered oxygen directly.
As always, this is just a fairly small, raw concept for now. We will determine this in the future in collaboration with Kiki-UMA! Stay tuned for more lore and canon updates in the future!

I think the concept is fine, but the tentacles reach the lungs makes me think that if the user will get hit or fall somehow, and if the tentacles discomfort for a moment could damage them or get stuck in the lungs, and put At risk your life... my humble opinion is that reaching the internal nostrils of the nose would work well.
but it's just an opinion, I still liked your work a lot. :'3
