I love Ryan, that tiger's feet are amazing.

And very ticklish, it seems. ;)

I imagine that Ryan's tickler actually knows exactly what's going on and it's the tickling implements themselves which carry a mysterious enchantment or possibly a curse, where the longer the tickling continues the larger Ryan's feet will grow and perhaps becoming ever more sensitive the larger they get. Perhaps the lady was feeling a little playful at first but she was entranced by the way Ryan's toes wriggled and just how ticklish she was and she'll just keep going. She might just want to see how large Ryan's feet will grow and the one thing she's not sure of is whether the enchantment is permanent or if it will slowly wear off but she might not be bothered either way. If Ryan's feet remain that large he'll be rather less able to escape her clutches even if he could get himself untied and then he can remain her prisoner and plaything for as long as she pleases and that will be a very long time.

I actually wondered this myself! It's more than likely that this is the cause.
