Commissioned an artist recently to do a pic of Rani and Mecha and so I needed to do a little character sheet for Rani herself because I don't actually have a lot of artwork of her.
So this is Rani Vanille. She's a secondary character from "Mecha and Stem" who appears... ppprooobably in issue 3, but I'm still going through some rewrites between issues 2 and 3, so I might be able to introduce her a tad sooner, we'll see how things go.
Design-wise, she was made with inspiration drawn from the blue-tongue skink and because she's a reptile, I gave her longer arms and a longer, slim torso.
Oh yeah, and no tiddies.
Because reptile.
Rani travels a lot along routes that people don't normally travel and in search of things that you really need to know how to read maps to find, so she's a fantastic cartographer, boasts some pretty useful camping and survival skills, knows how to trade to get what she needs and she rides around on a big, dark, giant lizard monster named Otho. I'll probably be drawing him soon.
