A nice spring day can always lead to the best day for relaxing in the water. Arath, in her natural Floatzel habitat, has suddenly been disturbed by a random Ability Capsule tossed her way. Her ability has been changed to Water Absorb... somehow... and is looking forward to the wacky possibility this will have on her body.

First time drawing a Floatzel, and it's gonna be interesting once the next part comes out.
