Yeah, he pretty much took her kiss as permission for a total make-out. And then she didn't back down right away, so he just kept on going until she stopped him. Glad you like the panites, I ran a couple different ideas through my head, but I wanted them to be cute and simple.

5) I like that Chucky's stroking Merry tail. You don't see that very often in furry art/comics...hell, I've never done that and I've been drawing for years!

Yeah, I did that intentionally. Originally I wanted Merry to have real rat eyes. From far away they's appear like black orbs, but up close you'd see they are dark brown with large pupils. But I just couldn't get it to look right and got a few negative comments about how freaky her eyes looks. So I slowly changed them. I like the way they look now better.

Oooo! Super detailed comments, I like! Yes, Chucky was very proud of himself for managing to kiss her, but then at the end he's thinking, "Of course." I always thought the idea of touching each other's to be something very personal and sensual that anthros would do. The tail is something very much part of one's identity. I mean, look at us furs. When we go to cons, most of us at least wear tails if not a full suit, but imagine if that tail was permantently part of you. It's a part of your body that's out there for everyone to see, as much as your face.
