The Narwhal, Anglerfish, Crowntail mix boy I came up with recently.
yes I am aware I fail at drawing Betta bodies.
He has a human form he can take only on the full and new moons, then he lures unsuspecting humans to lay with him. And then he eats them when he's done. He had angerfangs hiding under those kissy fishy lips. I put it under unspecific because of the betta and anglerfish making him reptilian, and the Narwhal makes him more of a mammal.
