and thats what we call a Late evolver, a pokemon that hasn't evolve yet and still has their baby form as well as their baby control from being the size of one, to wearing the clothes as one even having to wear the diapers as one, and even having the mentality as one sometimes still requiring their parent, sometimes The parent can't help but treat and see their late evolver as their baby still and instincts kick in, from caring, cooing to changing and feed/breast feeding

Hi, yes, I am the current owner of Foo Foo. I bought her from Hey_Yo.
I'm not one to judge someone else's kinks. But you're trying to force your kinks on MY character. I have absolutely no desire to see Foo in diapers, and since I've gained ownership of her, she has been shown to grow irritated at Shoa's babying. She isn't a baby.
She refuses to evolve, out of the fear that she would lose the ability to hold back during fights.
Don't try to force your kinks on my characters.
