How've you been?

Ups and downs at work but other then that I’m doing well.

Yep. It’s pretty much okay. Just a pain in the rear coworker who I think is going to be getting a major reality check very soon.

Ohh? What's happening? o-o

Mainly the coworker has been being a really rude and disrespectful jerk, especially to his superiors. Friday reached a breaking point and I have a feeling that the site manager is going to be getting extra tough on him now. He threw a major temper tantrum over a piece of styrofoam taped to his locker and went out into the parking lot ranting and screaming about it. His job coach and the site manager both got on him.
Everyone understands that he has a mental disability that gives him the mentality of a child but that’s no excuse for his actions as of late.
The site manager has a sense of humor and likes to make the work place a little fun. This coworker thinks that he has authority above the site manager and the job coach. He tries to tell the manager that nobody is allowed to make sound effects and complains about numerous things including customers even pulling into the lot to donate their donations, as it means that he has to get up off his butt and work. He thinks that he should get paid to just sit on his butt all day and nobody can make any noise at all. He’s like a little dictator and I don’t like using that term but it’s the best one to describe him.
Needless to say he hasn’t really made any friends as nobody really wants to work with him because of his attitude and constant complaining.

Sheesh! Sounds like hell. Is he getting fired?

It definitely is but he’s possibly paying a price for it now.
Not yet but if he keeps it up he just might.

Mmm...well I hope your able to get around easier if he gets fired.

Honestly everyone would be resting a lot easier if he were gone.

Well...may your prayers be answered and he gets a job that better suites him.
