Name: Lumikki
Race: Half white dragon, half elf
Age: 95 (Increadibly young for a dragon)

Eyes: Her eye's are golden with light blue slits in the middle
Hair: Her hair is long and snow white
Skin: Her skin is tanned
Scales: She has white scales on many parts of her body
Horns: She has horns on her head which are a dark blue, almost crystaline
Description: Lumikki appears pretty small and frail however she is increadibly strong and tough as one would expect with a dragon. Her body is always cold which is how she likes it, she actually becomes uncomfortable in warmer areas and will use her freezing aura when forced to be in one.
Lumikki was born if an elven man and a white dragon. This was, not a pleasant relationship as her father was forced into it and was killed shortly after. Her mother was a terrible Ice Wyrm who caused untold pain and hardship for any who lived in her self proclaimed territory. She raised Lumikki to be just like her for over fifty years when a group of increadibly powerful heroes managed to slay her mother. Lumikki was able to scare off the remaining heroes but was suddenly alone for the first time in her life. One of the heroes, a half demon herself, felt bad for Lumikki and visited her often. She found the girl had a twisted view of the world. Seeing herself and dragonkind as the supreme race and all others as toys. She learned Lumikki only knew how to speak the dragon tongue and had very few skills outside of being a dragon.
The hero tried to teach her but it was difficult. Languages came to the girl but they were slow and primitive. As for many other skills they seemed beyond her if they were too technical. Magical skills however, Lumikki took to with ease, being a dragon made those much easier for her.
Lumikki has not gotten over her view of others but her hostility has been curbed so she wouldn't attack people without provocation.

Offensive abilities: She has her claws as well as her freezing breath. Her breath is so cold it can linger on a target or surface for hours.
Defensive Abilities: Her dragon blood freezes like liquid nitrogen so gettng touched by it can be increadibly painful, Immune to ice, paralysis, sleep;
Senses: blindsense (She can sense any movement withing a hundred feet of herself), darkvision (she can see fine in the darkness), Blizzard Sight (can see normally in natural or magical rain, sleet, hail, fog, snowstorms, blizzards, and similar weather conditions.)

Special abilities:
Freezing aura: Her body can reach such a low temperature she can actually lower the temperature in the area. Anything or anyone not immune to the cold will find their bodies starting to exhibit the signs of frostbite within a minute. the aura freezes everything within fifty feet and makes the temperature for an additional hundred unbearably cold. This aura can be surpressed at will
Ice Tomb: Using this ability she can flash freeze the air around someone entrapping them in a block of ice. Without an ally to save them or phenominal strength freezing and suffocation will happen usually in seconds.
Ice Spear: With a stomp of her foot Lumikki can cause stalagmite-like icicles to erupt violently from the ground. This ice is increadibly hard, like steel and can impale a person with relative ease. The Maximum area she can affect is a hundred and fifty foot diameter (equal to her aura's size)
Freeze and Thaw: Lumikki can freeze water or melt ice and snow with a touch
Iceglide: Lumikki can move effortlessly through ice or snow. This leaves behind no tunnel or hole, and doesn’t create any ripple or other sign of passage. While icegliding, Lumikki can breathe normally

Draconic Curse Deep freeze: Lumikki's curse is very simple. It lowers the bodies core temperature and causes nearly immediate hypothermia. Lumikki can cause and remove this curse with a glance
