I definitely did not upload all the sketches from Inktober that I meant to. These are probably my favorites, honestly.

The "happy fish" is based on Drepanaspis (I have been calling it "Derpanaspis") and the "grumpy fish" is based on Lunaspis, both long-extinct fish. I actually did not take much liberty with the happy fish. Seriously, look it up, some of the reconstructions look pretty amusing and that is why I just had to draw it.

These are not the only ridiculous-looking fish I sketched during Inktober but the others are frankly not as good. I may or may not post them as scraps.

I have long considered creating my own silly and fun little series focusing on creatures like these and this partially convinced me to revisit the idea. It is almost all I have been drawing lately and I am still not quite ready to share most of it. But, when I am, expect to see much more from me!
