Franciszka stopped in a dark gate and looked to her left. Adrian, a tall shark-wolf hybrid looked at her and spat the cigarette end out, then spat on the sidewalk. He put his hands in the pockets of his tracksuit pants and whistled quietly.
It was almost nighttime here in town of GdaĆsk, a night after a quite important football match.
"So, how are we going to do this?" asked Sebastian, Francine's twin brother. He was quite beefier than his sister, and was wearing similar attire, although he didn't wear a cap like her.
Franciszka rubbed her chin with her left hand, the other wielding a baseball bat which's tip was now resting on the concrete beneath her feet. She spat on the sidewalk in the same spot Adrian did moments ago and shrugged.
"Standard. We wait here until these assholes come along. You didn't forget the knuckle dusters, did you?" she asked her brother.
Sebastian frowned.
"Of course I fucking didn't." he muttered. He took his large hands out of his pockets and brought his fist up to his sister's face. Indeed, he had his knuckles on, ones with dull studs - his favorites.
"Great." Franciszka looked at remaining two guys "Adrian, you go behind that trash container. You'll go out when you hear them coming. Bartek, you stay here with me."
Short, but muscular seal nodded.
"Seba, you go hide in shadow somewhere."
Her brother muttered something in response. Both he and Adrian went to fulfill her orders.
After a few minutes of waiting, a loud screaming could be heard. Fans of opposing teams were coming, and they were not happy. Their team lost, and it was quite a significant loss. They were kicking trash cans around and tossing small rocks at display windows of local shops. Franciszka gritted her teeth and waited patiently before the voices of opposing hooligans got closer.
She took a deep breath and stepped out of the gate with Bartek, with baseball bat resting behind her neck.
"You lost, suckers?"
Three males stopped. Two of them were towering, hulking goats and one of them was some sort of wolf-fox hybrid. They were all wearing hoodies, and scarfs colored in red, blue and green. Middle male - the hybrid - called out:
"What, you want to give us some good time?" he did a jack-off hand gesture, which caused a wave of laughter to erupt from his companions. Franciszka smiled smugly and looked up at the guy.
"Quite the opposite in fact."
