New shark character of mine. I think I am going to call him Reck. He's a genetically engineered cyborg shark with tiger and mako shark DNA. Most of his body is organic but his brain, skeleton and aspects of his musculature are all cyberneticly enhanced.

Reck was a normal young Mako shark when he was found injured by a gay couple who happened to be a brilliant geneticist and a cybernetics engineer. They took the shark and, seeing as how it would die without some serious help, decided to combine their talents in an effort to not only help the shark but perhaps others as well. Now gifted with near human intellect and with a new humanoid form to boot Reck was taught various things from his new "parents". Knowing now that they had saved his life and thankful due to that he regarded them both as a child would his parents.

Reck learned fast, due to his augmented brain. Soon he was surpassing his lessons in basic studies and going to more collage level applications. Now equivalent to a 16 year old in age but smarter then most teenagers Reck saw his first shipwreck as a cargo vessel had been blown off course and into the rocky shores of his home. Acting fast and with no regard for anything else, he dove into the turbulent waters and began to rescue the crew of the ship. At first several of them thought that he was going to eat them but after swimming back and forth depositing the crew onto the beach saving every soul of the ship, they hailed him as a hero.

Of course, news about this shark man spread and given the fact his "parents" were respected scientists Reck was able to choose what he would be able to do with his life. Deciding to help others and become a real hero, Reck has been instrumental in saving numerous sailors and civilians from a watery grave.

Here we see Reck as he surveys his territory looking out as the ocean beats along the rocks of his home. His armor helps in propelling him through the water (due to tiny hydro-jets) as well as affording some protection from hazards (despite its relative skimpy covering) as it can form a skin tight force shield. The armor allows for freedom of movement through the water as the entire armor is designed to be hydrodynamic. His wrist armor houses micro torches for cutting away bulkheads and all of his fins can be utilized as razor sharp edged weapons due to their augmentation. His visor interfaces with his neural circuity to display various things on a HUD display such as currents, their strength, direction, temperature and pressure, project routes based on sea floor topography, ship schematics as well as a slew of other useful information.

(Also, as I know it will be brought up sooner or later, he does NOT have a duel penis. Only one.)
