Because Peridot is adorable and I couldn't NOT draw her getting tickled again after all this time. Especially as a result of the scenario in the last picture.
Lapis has caught our favorite green space dorito and is now exacting her revenge on the poor thing's sensitive form. Peridot wasn't sure how Lapis could find a way to make water tickle her, but as the great philosopher Jeffery Goldblum once said "Life ah... finds a way...".
