Okay, this sketch for
mongooseink is a bit random and requires a bit of explanation.
Years ago I worked for a company that published those hotel coupon guides you pick up alongside the road. One day one of our clients called to relate a story, that a young kid had come up to the front desk of the motel asking to see the snakes. Confusion reigned for several minutes until the kid pulled out the ad from our book: A typo had escaped both our proofreaders and his, advertising that the hotel had a "Snake Bar" instead of a "Snack Bar" ... oops!
Anyway, for the N'Duk snake themed book, that story came to mind, and I figured he'd be qualified to get an entry-level job there. :)
If I did a sketch for you and MFF (or any other con), please scan and send me a copy, I'd most appreciate it! ^.^

Customer: "Hmm, can I get three pounds of ground anaconda?"
N'duk: "Chuck or round?"
Customer: "Uh, isn't it all round?"
Heh, I really love how this one came out, and all the little details you threw into it. Not to mention that N'duk looks sooooo happy to be there, so it's perfect for a food stand employee!
Thanks again, it's one of my favorites in that sketchbook, now. =)
