This seal has ability allow the person use there abilities to the over the limits then there normal body can can handle for 4 minutes
1.Speed – when the seal activate for this the seal will use gate chakra . so this is based on naruto then and the gates that rock lee and his teacher gai can use right?
But since they're different from the ones in the actual series does this mean that furries get different gates or is it a different set of gates along the original ones?

to answer your first question yes the seals idea is based of the naruto anime since there seal gave me the idea to do my own.
to your second question yes part the seal use the gates like lee and his teacher gai only difference between the seal and them is the seal give a type of safety net when opening the gates as well healing the damage when opening the gate. In show and manga lee get pretty damaged up just for open so many gates and the pressure it putting on his body this the reason for the healing chakra from the seal as well the time limit .
and to answer your third question there you have understand number gate that they show in the anime
