Not sure entirely but when I saw the title, I at first thought it was referencing Digimon, because one of the Digimon in it, known as Magnamon, is a Golden Armor Digivolved Digimon.

Ah, apologies. But in the D&D Game Im in, we have basically armor powered by a dragon soul..
