Looks awsume. the lighting and everything is great, but its hard to say.
I can already tell the only bullet that has a chance of hitting him is the furthest one. (from the viewer)
The bullets in the foreground look like they have already missed based on their perspective trajectory. If you look at the bullets angle in the foreground. they match the angle exactly with the bullet furthest from the viewer. IE the shooters over-shot The bullets will converge on a point in front of the target.
If the bullets where to be "more on target" you'd see the back end of the round more.
That was the only thing bothering me. Copy n paste... bleck. Besides that awesomeness. The pose could maybe be a bit more dynamic.
