This was an attempt at some undertale diaper art I did last year. I had the idea to turn Alphy's labcoat into a onesie and went from there.
Here she's standing in front of the "bathroom", despite her less-than-subtle diaper having ample room.
I never colored this because I wasn't happy with Alphys's proportions; her legs look too thin, and her shoulders are WAY too boxy. I might remake this someday. It's a good idea, just bad execution.
