最初は、innocenttazletさんのキャラクターをギフトアートしたのかと、思いましたが、違うようです。I thought gift art did the character of innocenttazlet-san, but the beginning seems different.

Well, InnocentTazlet-san doesn't really have a character of her own, but she is know for drawing a lot of ... Well, "adult" Brandy(s), in fact E Brandy and Big Brandy are a couple of versions of Brandy that she came up with.
It is, but the show wasn't all that big, it was called "Brandy and Mr. Whiskers".
