Also housed in the train shed in Travel Town is a surviving "Red Car" which once traveled the interurban routes from Los Angeles to Riverside County. Although not in operating order, it is undergoing a slow, yet steady restoration at least to a "Cosmetic" state where visitors can walk inside and see the interior. Now for some odd reason, this car has been painted a shade of light pea green, but the one trait of the Red Cars, which is the round "Porthole" windows front and back, distinguishes it as one of Southern California's original inter city commuter cars.

Eddie Valiant: Nobody's gonna drive this lousy freeway when they can take the Red Car for a nickel.
Judge Doom: Oh, they'll drive. They'll have to. You see, I bought the Red Car so I could dismantle it.So, if the paint scheme went the other way around, it would be a Red Green car. They could patch it with duct tape!
