Slightly over exposed and an under exposed image combined to get the details. Then I duplicated the layer, desaturated and sepia toned the top layer, reduced the transparency and changed the combination mode.

Again, taken with the ND4 filter. There are a few small spots around the image because it was snowing while I was shooting this. Exposure times of a half second and a little bit longer prevented the snow from being visible.
