I have decided to make my old Sonic oc, to just an anthro oc of her own in general. It was fun little time when I created them while being in a part of the Sonic fandom, though being in a small part of it, but now I am starting to see her and my other ocs as characters of their own. I gave them their own world/universe with their own backstories back then, so now I want them to be their own characters. And I still wanted to keep her steampunk look while looking up what an actual Fossa looks like. This was also a fun journey I had designing them as well ^^.
