The Outcastes have stopped at one of their allied outposts for some much needed fuel, repairs and rest. However since Rwanda prefers to keep tabs on things she never really allows herself to go fully off duty so she decided to patrol the site and oversee the refueling. Though it seems something or someone has caught her attention....
