OnOne Plug-in Suite 5.0 - Various
Topaz Adjust photoshop plug ins - Various

I personally try for most pics to use just Lightroom but this was too much fun to do.

And where does one acquire those programs? I know photoshop is software one must purchase, but are the other programs downloadable?

All of them are for purchase programs. Lightroom full name is Adobe Photoshop Lightroom - though most people I know who use it use it without photoshop or don't own it.

The other two are commercial plug ins for photoshop that can be used with lightroom.

But yeah they are all pay stuff
