This Thaddeus Winslow CooperIII Key-blade of an ancestor of Sly from London who was thief and true gentleman within the master of disguise. it can be assumed that he had a father and grandfather both named Thaddeus Winslow Cooper. Thaddeus at one point was employed by the Scotland Yard, as his entry in the Thievius Raccoonus states.
