The Pink Berets (Fluffy, Patch and Bit)were always at the top of their game until the Carlos coup showed them they weren't. They sought out special training to make sure it wouldn't happen again.
After passing the more advanced courses they were sent out on a few missions to make sure they learned their lessons well.
Here we have them on one of those Ops and doing it well.

Also, the movie got:
1.) a video game adaptation based on the film (released exclusively for the Nintendo DS and published by 505 Games).
2.) A Hop-themed game app for the iPhone (made by Doodle Jump in 2011 with the TV advertisement for the game being posted onto YouTube by the film's official YouTube channel).
3.) FIVE books based on the film [Chicks Versus Bunnies: a children's paperback picture book = Hop: The Chapter Book: a story book based on the film's plot = Hoppy Bunnies: a children's board book with finger puppets = Hop: Meet the Easter Bunny: a paperback picture book about the Easter Bunny's workshop = Counting Chicks: a hardcover picture book].
4.) The film's official thirty five track original score soundtrack (from Back Lot Music) released in stores on April 5, 2011 after it was released a month earlier in March on iTunes.
5.) A large range of licensed merchandise was released in connection with the film upon its release including toys, stuffed animals, many sorts of candy, T-shirts, cookie decorating kits, baked goods and other products from Kraft Foods. Some items were available exclusively at Walmart stores while Burger King launched a line of Hop-themed toys included in their kids meals throughout April 2011.
Can you believe how much they tried to whore this movie out even before its official release to sometime after it?

What's more, it doesn't even FEEL like it was supposed to be an Easter film.
Tell me...when you think Easter do you think of Easter Island with the Moai statues, a Willy Wonka chocolate factory, a chick revolution, "Pink Berets", band practice, job searching, and Russel Brand or Hank Azaria? This gives the impression that it wasn't supposed to even be an Easter-related film in the beginning, that both Easter and the Easter Bunny were just thrown in at the very last minute.
Wouldn't you agree?

D'OH! I was trying to be sarcastic about Easter Island and what its relavence was to the holiday. :-P. It was named easter island not for it being the place of origin. Folks, if we're going to do a movie revolving around the holiday, please keep the facts straight as we know them. If the thing with lambs, chick's and bunnies was a European idea then revolve the story around that.
Indeed.
As the Nostalgia Critic stated, the idea of a human getting involved with the Easter Bunny is actually a concept that would make a fantastic story, but it just wasn't handled well at all! One thing that I think would have helped it more is if the ENTIRE movie were fully animated, as I feel the live-action parts just weighed the whole thing down, wouldn't you agree?
