I have not shown him anywhere, so this is his first appearance.
Race is unknown.
Age is unknown.
His job - the elimination of dangerous criminals. He works in the shadows, so there is not much information about him.
The mask and bandages are magical items that seal his powers. Hands without bandages "separated" from the body and burn. What is happening under the mask is unknown.
When he removes these limiters, he loses his composure.
It is not yet known what will happen to him and where he will go, though, but perhaps the story will become clearer over time.
