I do like it better without the evil eyebrows. If I had any area for future improvement would be with the nose area. I think actually using something to make a nose (rather than just having the black lines) would help it along further and perhaps give it a cuter appearance. Something you can do down the road, just thinking aloud. :)

It does look a bit boxy like you said. I have never even attemted a head so I don't know but perhaps if you were able to round the end of it out a bit or something it would help. From the side, it looks like you shortened the muzzle a little which helps. Also, just to help it look a little less "dome-ish" have you thought about attaching a splotch of fur to the head (like hair sorta like my avatar pic)? I am not sure if your character has it or not, but just thinking perhaps a slightly longer splotch of fur on top would help (un-round) it a bit. Again, I know nothing about making a suit, just trying to give some suggestions for future work if you ever want to do more.

i took the foam nose of and filled it with plastic bags to make it round and the head i managed to make it more round by making a paper mache head with a balloon and stick on top of the foam head and it even looks better.nose i'm currently sorting out
