((Not the best artist, not really worthy of the site...regardless its always nice to have a back-up place.))
An image of my character Lyn Kitsuna, a mystical fox blessed with strong magical/aura abilities. The young fox girl is often referred to as an "Aura Priestess" or "The Crystal Moon Fox." She is a descendant of the Goddess Aura. Her role and abilities are much like the "Sage Class" from the Dragon Quest series...and she is the most powerful magic user of my cast.
An example of some of her spells would be "Fullheal" ((Fully Heal Ally)), "Omniheal" ((Fully Heal all Allies)), "Kizang" ((revive fallen party member)), "Explodet", "FireBolt", "Blizzard".
Then Lyn has moves the unique ability to "Transform", along with use the spell "BeDragon" to take Dragon Form for a short time.
The image is of Lyn in a basic Priestess outfit, still working on how I want it...but I did want it to differ from her mother's which was more basic.

I disagree completely. I've seen other artists make a lot more with a whole lot less detail than this. You have the same fears I do: you don't think you're talented. Your wrong, your talent is fantastic. The colors, the shine, It blends together just right. Nothing is overbearing.
I wish I had a third of your talent. I can't draw to save my life, and as a writer I have so many visions and ideas bouncing around in my head that it is painful to me that it's so hard to bring them to "life".
Draw your visions, post your works if you want or not. But don't you dare say that you "are unworthy". Don't you dare for a second. You have more talent than you know.

Thanks, I guess I get a bit discourage sometimes seeing just how amazing some of these artist are. No matter how much I seem to draw it is always a battlefield trying to get it to come out right. Some people just seem to become amazing so fast, while its taking me years just to get here.
I honestly don't care about popularity, it is just nice to have a small group of people to express and share ideas with...as it sparks the imagination and idea along with concepts. For example my character Ike with his Valkyrie forms started from just a fun gender bender trade back in 2008. The female version was so liked by my views during the time I worked it into the character. Its little things like that sometimes which can really help influence or give you drive. It was the same seeing some of my friends doing their own style...which made me want to do the same and break away from the Sonic Style.
Writing can be just as good. =) Stories are always a fun thing. You can give characters such personality and life, which are just as important...otherwise they come across as a shell.
