Another design I made and just never got to using. I may or may not have a problem with designing OCs and then NEVER DRAWING THEM AGAIN.
A big fren that has two forms, and glowy/light up-ish horns and hooves.
You can change whatever you like about the design if you buy it and stuff. :>

$60+ is the beggining price for character design from the ground up. (Based on time spent going back and forth if you want a highly customized character sketched. Up to $100+ for a reference version that is inked, flat colored, and has palette and other information for artists' benefits.)
I can attempt a lower cost option and sort of basically do a custom adoptable where you give a few suggestions and/or references and design based around that. Which you can change yourself later and stuff by photoshopping it, or commissioning an artist/etc.
But if you want a super custom thing it'll run around that $60+ cost and higher if there's a lot of back and forth as it's charged for that base cost and then per hour.
