With nice care and deligence you always create d a style that reminds me personally always of an actual gallery where people are remembered by generations.

While Shiny may not be very big and his features not contain very extreme optically striking features to his body - being a kiddo afterall - He surely has a colorful and always a positive and curious demeanor which I think comes out nicely in this illustration. In a way I could see this easily in a personal ID as well, him looking at the camera as he's said to look at a certain point.

The lineless method in digital arts always gives a certain softness to characters as well as a paintery vibe to the art pieces, and in my opinion you already have greatly mastered it. I think your very clean and neat composition between the recolored lines and the rest of the linework is what makes your character busts look especially good. ^_^

Shiny's facial expression as already noted towards, I like really a lot. In general the bust is nearly perfect, I'd say. Merely the way how his vest's design is showcased here it feels more liek he's wearing a jacket instead of the vest he's mostly donning. Though that's not problematic at all since I'm sure he also has a jacket version of it somewhere.
You definitely made Shiny look very sweet and in context to your other works still petite and cute. A wonderful exectuted portait and a sweet surprise still.
